„Regional Tourist Market – New Development Opportunities“
About the Conference
Organized by Mass Media International, on Wednesday, 15th May 2013 in Sava Centre Belgrade, the 11th Regional Conference “South East Europe Tourist Market – New Development Opportunities” will be held.

The Conference is organized under the auspices of Ministry of Finance and Economy, Republic of Serbia, Tourist Organisation of Serbia (TOS) Tourist Organization of Belgrade (TOB), YUTA, UHPA, ECTAA,... aiming to encourage cooperation amongst the regional countries and identify the best tourist attractions in Serbia and the region that would be presented to third outbound tourist markets.

Over 300 participants are expected at each of the upcoming Conferences amongst whom will be high level representatives from EU institutions, tour operators from Russia, China, India, national tourist organizations from SEE countries, ministers, decision makers from leading companies in various industry sectors in the Region, educational organizations as well as the most influential media.

Over thirty eminent speakers in five panels based on their knowledge and experience will provide support and present suggestions and guidelines for realistic perspective and further development of competitiveness of Regional tourist product.

The Speakers at the Commencement Ceremony / 9.30 – 10.00 a.m. are:

The Conference Special Guests are: Dr. Subhash Goyal, President of Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) & Chairman of STIC Travels Group and Dr. Adam Wu, COO of China Business Network (CBN).

The current subject of the necessity and inevitability for the united tourist offer from regional countries towards the third outbound tourist markets will be discussed by Mr. Žarko Radulović, President, Montenegro Tourism Association & Montenegro Stars Hotel Group, Mr. Tone Matjasic, CEO Panoramic Travel Holding and a long term President of Slovenian Tourist Agencies Association and Mr. Aleksandar Seničić, Director of National association of travel agencies of Serbia (YUTA).

Prof. dr Slobodan Unković, PhD, Director of the Department of Postgraduate Studies and International Cooperation, Singidunum University will be speaking on the expected directions of tourism expansion globally.
